Hello people.
I'm sorry for not blogging that often.
Just that, I'm busy with school life. My life as well.
Of course, Fatin too.

Bytheway, I'm gonna introduce once again.
Hehe, I'm Alifah. I'm from Fuchun Primary School.
Year, 2001-2006.

Well, I really really miss Primary school.
It's a whole lot different now.

All the current stress, all the havoc and so on.
There is going to be a reunion, thank goodness!

i really miss mr ali,
he really scolded me good, ahah!

well, from that i really know how to discipline more,
but still, fatin's a monyet, can't deny it.
and juniors coming in to my school.
well i only know there's one fat guy wears spectacle,ahah!
he's an ex band.

anyways, sec1s now are not the same as my batch.
and, i was thinking, are we going to do a reunion?
hee, i miss everyone,
alifah, syahilah,atika,adib,farhat,aidil,naqi!,hakim! and others that laughed LOUD!

and i think this blog is a little dead, cos me and alifah are damn busy,

Hello ya guys.

Firstly, Alifah here :D
Today is the13th of January. Hahas, new year :D
Okayokay, 2007 had past so much faster than I thought it would.
But then, time passes, people grow and learn.
I've learnt a lot in 2007, seriously..

New friends were made, didn't put aside the old ones.
I cared for every of my friend. Especially, those who were from Fcps.
Fuchun is a great school, mark my words. GREAT SCHOOL.
Even though I'm not schooling there anymore, I love that school.

Hmm, and and.. On the 5th of January, I went to Fuchun to take money.
Hoho, no laah. I was given a bursary. Wee :D
I like to thank my teachers, my mum. Hahaha ;D

Haha, okay okay.. By the way, Marsiling Secondary is also a good school.
Haha, not promoting, just telling..

Hehehehe, okay okay. I miss those moments in primary school.
Those times we played catching, those times when we were scolded.
Those times when we were all badly behave, the teacher was Upset.
Those times when Mr Ali blanja all the Green Club students..... :D
Fun fun, I love Primary school.

But, now... I'm in Secondary school.
No more primary. But, there's always a kid in me..

Okay, actually im very sad.

Another year fades,

A new year began in no time.

I miss all those times we were kids,

Having fun in class annd dont even care about things tht were too serious.

Hmwks were easy as 123, [actually it is easy as 123] AHAHAHA!

And next year im gg to be sec 2 annd things are geting tougher.

Annd im excited to see whose gg to my school. =)

And to all the sec 1s next year, have fun in your new school.

Hey, Im back again. Okay, urm, on 22 November 2007, The p6s received their Psle results, congrats to all that achieve and who didn't, dont give up okay. I have gone through before, and yes it was haaaardd. Hee, and im excited to see my juniors coming to my school. Hee, sorry if we didn't post anything. Hello im back to post about yesterday's matters. Yesterday was Teacher's Day, so ex-fuchunians went back to Fuchun to meet friends and teachers. Well, yesterday the only teacher was Mr Heng, who went in and out of the general office. All the ex-fuchunians came back to give hugs and remembering the old times. And I think Mdm Zarina was there too. So, we all had fun yesterday. Hope u guys did. And I sorry if I didn't post for so long. Too busy. Im sorry. The Fuchun Primary School Advisory Committee

Parents, teachers, pupils, ladies and gentlemen,

Good morning

INTRODUCTION

1. I am very pleased to join all of you here for the Fuchun Primary School Alumni-Family Day 2005. I understand that today is an opportunity for all who have contributed to the growth of Fuchun Primary School to get together to celebrate this growth and also to rekindle their memories here.

THE GROWING YEARS
2. Over the past 20 years, Fuchun Primary School has undergone a lot of changes to become what it is today. Built in 1985, the school population has grown from 1200 to the present number of more than 2000 pupils. The school has also seen four changes of headship – Mrs Chan Lay Kheng who started the school, Mr Kwong Lup Peng, Mdm Lilian Lim and the current principal, Mrs Constance Yip. Through its visionary leadership and the hard work of its staff, Fuchun Primary School has developed and acquired the reputation of being a good school in the neighbourhood.

THE NEW PHASE
3. Fuchun Primary School has stood on this little hillock for 20 years. In November this year, the school will experience a major change – a change in location to Woodlands Avenue 1. With the move to the new school building which was built under the Programme for Rebuilding and Improving Existing Schools, also known as PRIME, the history of Fuchun Primary Schoolwill enter a new phase. The school will have more classrooms to meet the demand for places and also space and facilities to carry out more innovative ways of teaching and learning.

COMING BACK, PAYING BACK
4. As Fuchun Primary School prepares to usher in a new phase, I would like to emphasize the significance of the role of its ex-pupils. The school has started to engage ex-Fuchunians to come back and help nurture their juniors in areas such as spearheading the career induction programme and work attachments for the Pr 6 pupils. I believe that there is a lot more which ex-Fuchunians can do for their alma mater. One important area is the formation of the school alumni. The alumni is a pool of precious resources that can be marshalled to support the school and help it soar to greater heights. I would encourage ex-pupils present today to take the first step towards getting the alumni on a firm footing.

PARTNERS IN EDUCATION
5. Besides the support from ex-students, Fuchun Primary School has also benefited from its partnership with the Marsiling community. Members of the Marsiling community have helped Fuchun Primary School in its fund-raising concert at the Esplanade and also lent support to the school in its Visual and Performing Arts Festival last year. The pupils of Fuchun Primary School have witnessed the community’s contribution and have benefited from the enriched educational experience. I am heartened that the school reciprocates by being very supportive of the constituency activities by performing at functions like the opening of the Fuchun Community Club, the National Day Observance Ceremony and also at old folks’ homes in the area. I hope that the ex-pupils of Fuchun Primary School will also be inspired to join their alma mater in contributing to the Marsiling community. I believe that many of you grew up in Marsiling and so must have several ideas on how to further improve our neighbourhood.

6. Another significant partner of Fuchun Primary School is its parents. Today’s Alumni-Family Day would not have been possible without the support of the parents. The school recognizes the importance of the family unit and the role it plays in pupils’ development. Hence, one of the core aims of Fuchun Primary School is to involve parents in their children’s education. PACES, which stands for Parents Assisting Children’s Education in School, was set up to promote collaboration between the school and parents.

7. It is encouraging to know that Fuchun Primary School, in emphasising family values, sets aside time to teach its pupils to honour their grandparents by having an annual “Grandparents Day”. This will help the pupils appreciate the fact that their grandparents have contributed much to our society and should be accorded respect, care and concern as they take their rightful place among us as senior citizens.

CONCLUSION
8. I am certain that the activities today have helped to promote family values and to forge the renewal of ties among the ex-Fuchunians. I wish Fuchun Primary School all the best in its future endeavours.
